Rules for using RChemica services, liability of the parties, and limitations.
RChemica Laboratory Supplies & Consumables supplies basic laboratory glassware, chemical reagents, and safety equipment to schools, universities, and private research facilities across Ireland. Our services include distribution of these products, equipment calibration, and maintenance of quality testing tools under standard safety guidelines.
All products and services are provided strictly in accordance with the specifications and descriptions published on our website at the time of order. Any deviation from these specifications must be agreed in writing by both parties.
RChemica undertakes to deliver products that conform to the relevant Irish and EU standards for laboratory equipment and reagents. We commit to performing calibration and maintenance services using trained personnel and calibrated instruments traceable to national standards.
The customer agrees to provide accurate delivery information, ensure that the premises are suitable for the installation or use of the products, and use all items in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable safety regulations.
Both parties agree to communicate in a timely manner regarding any changes to orders, delivery schedules, or service requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RChemica’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of our products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
RChemica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of research activities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Either party may terminate the provision of services under these terms by giving 30 days’ written notice to the other party. In the event of a material breach by either party that is not remedied within 14 days of written notice, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately.
Upon termination, the customer shall pay all amounts due for services rendered and products delivered up to the effective date of termination. RChemica shall return any unused prepaid amounts within 30 days of termination.
RChemica reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to customers by email. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We recommend that customers review these terms periodically. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
