We verify your order details and stock availability within 2 business hours. If any item is out of stock, we will contact you to suggest an alternative or confirm a delivery date.

Your order is picked and packed in our warehouse. Glassware is wrapped individually with foam inserts to prevent breakage during transit.

We send a tracking number and estimated delivery window via email. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days across Ireland.

After delivery, you receive a short quality check form. If anything is damaged or missing, reply to the email within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
